Después de un sábado donde todo fue muy bien, por la noche las fuertes lluvias que nunca pararon y dejaron los caminos intransitables mas que nada para los vehículos de seguridad, por este motivo se canceló la segunda etapa del Gran Premio Rally de Lincoln.
Las posiciones de la carrera quedaron iguales a las de la primera etapa, se otorgo el 100% del puntaje según reglamento.
